Comments: Here we see the core area of the excavated part of Tlatelolco. This city, which is now just a near-in neighborhood of Mexico City, was virtually a twin city with Tenochtitlán. It was designed and built with the same plan and logic. The former great market (tianguis) place stands to the east side of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
