Comments: The professor-photographer asked this Peruvian, who was deeply engaged reading a book (I didn't ask him which one) (A) if he would mind pretending he was the Inca (joking; he was suspicious--or disdainful--of my levity) or (B) if he would let me take a photo of him in order to show you the scale and size of the opening to the Inca's tomb.
