Machu Picchu (13)

Source: WTL photo taken on site in Machu Picchu.
Comments: The view through a window in a house that was constructed on the very edge of a precipice on the south side of Machu Picchu. This photo was shot on the second day of the professor-photographer's visit there. The previous image (Machu Picchu #12) was shot the day before when he was suffering the disorienting after-effects of el soroche (altitute sickness). He was cured by a mysterious Quechua in Cuzco. (Inquire in class about what this cure was.) In the photographer's opinion, the (artistic/humanistic) quality of this second-day photo is superior to the earlier photo. What do you think?
