Comments: When the professeur-photographe goes to Québec, normally he resides in a gîte (a type of small hotel that's more modest even than a boutique hotel but just about as comfortable and a lot cheaper). Here's a photo taken from the window of his room he took during his last solo trip to Québec. This gîte is on the Rue Ste-Urseline in the upper city (la haute-ville).
