Comments: This photo was taken just outside the hotel on the path that leads to the entrance to the archeological site. In the left corning you see the ruins emerging from the Andean fog, and in the rest of the photo you see the fog rising up the sheer mountain that faces Machu Picchu. The mountain you are looking at is Huayna Picchu, which you will see later in the main tour of Machu Picchu.
