Comments: Here we see how rugged the climb up to the Santuario del Cerro Tepozteco. The professor-photographer has made the climb twice, and he finds it both quite challenging and not a little dangerous. However, Mexicans of all ages make the climb, even over slippery rocks in the cascade-drenched gorge that gets drenched in the frequent thunderstorms that hit this region almost every afternoon.
