Comments: This giant (16 feet high by 13 feet wide) four-panel polyptych is the last work (by location and date) in the Philadelphia exhibition. It was place just outside the exit door on a tall wall in the hallway outside the exhibition gallery.
For other works by Tamayo and commentaries about his life and career in this series: see: => Page #10; => Page #33; and => Page #36.
Humanities Question: Since this is the largest work in the exhibtion and since it is the last one a visitor sees, in what way does this work by Tamayo express, in your view, a summation and conclusion to the exhibition as presented in this online textbook series curated by your professor?
