Nereida García Ferraz (8)

Source: WTL digital photo of canvas in "Imagining of Place" art exhibition at Santa Fe College, 2009.
Permission: Nereida García Ferraz's email to WTL March 2, 2009.
Image: "Pájaros;" oil on canvas; 22" x 22."
Comments: This rather small painting was placed in the left corner between "Grandparents" and "Obatala." It is placed in Image #8 in this professor-curated digital show so as to continue the figurative and animate theme. The Spanish word pájaros means birds. (The birds seem to me to be mountain bluebirds.)
