Comments: This image centers onf the Maison Jacquet with the red roof. It's located on the corner of la Rue Saint-Louis and la Rue des Jardins, not far from the Château Frontenac (hotel). It was built in 1675, and it houses the justly famous gourmet Restaurant Aux Anciens Canadiens. It's name comes from a novel by Philippe Aubert de Gaspé, who lived in this building from 1815 to 1824.
