Comments: This curious photo shows the ornate wood carving on a balcony in the Plaza de Armas in Cuzco. (There's a fine restaurant on the second floor behind the balcony.) In addition, however, there is a number of other elements in this image. The main Spanish word in the graffiti on the corner column, cachada, means "goring", as by a bull, or a kind of mockery. This particular grafitto was chalked on the column before the photographer in the photo, who is not WTL, appeared on the scene...
