Cuzco, Perú (5)

Comments: This photo was taken from the train that goes from Cuzco down to Machu Picchu. Here you can see the styles and economic level of the buildings and homes that ring downtown Cuzco. During the Inca period, four well-engineered, well-maintained, and well-travelled roads led away from Cuzco to the four corners of the Inca Empire. One road followed the path taken by the train to Machu Picchu.
