Sueño Mural (A)

Source: WTL photo© on site in Mexico City, 2008.
Image: Diego Rivera mural (size: 4.8 m by 15 m): Sueño de una tarde dominical en la Alameda / Dream of a Sunday Afternoon in the Alameda Park (1947-1948).
Comments: Using the widest angle setting on the professor-photographer's digital camera, this is the best photo he could take of the entire mural. As you can see, there is almost nothing else in this large one-room museum gallery. A little bit on the extreme left and the extreme right sides of the mural are but off because the couldn't be fit into the lens of this particular camera.
Humanities topic: The mural is monumental, somewhat "photographic," perhaps a little cartoonish, and also somewhat related to Latin American Magical Realism (lo real maravilloso) Please explain which of these terms best describe what you see here. Would you use other terms/concepts to describe this mural?
