Comment:
There are two ways to walk up to the church: this one; and another one that curves around the hill in the form of a fairly steep ramp (in fact the professor-photographer helped a husband push and carry his wheelchair-bound wife up to the sanctuary via the ramp).

: Speculate on the origin of the stones used to construct the stairway. How does the existence of this long, relatively steep stairway resonate with you knowing, as you do, that what you see in this photo is built on top of an ancient Cholulan pyramid?
