Notes: Biblioteca y Sala de Cultura Francisco I. Madero (Francisco I. Madero Library and Culture Center). Francisco I. Madero was the president and first leader (1910 - 1911) of the Revolución Mexicana, which lasted until 1920. As a result of this revolution, in which dictatorship was overthrown, democracy was instituted, and land distribution for the dispossessed was begun, education and culture were promulgated throughout México. There is hardly a pueblo in México regardless of how small or poor that does not have a school and a library or cultural center. By culture, Mexicans are extremely proud of education for their children, and they are deeply proud of their culture and the products of their humanities.
