Comment: Once we have ascended the ramp seen in the previous view, we turn around and look down the dramatic Esplanada dos Ministérios, which is somewhat reminiscent of the Mall in Washington, D.C. There are seven ministry buildings on each side (new annexes have been attached nowadays to many of them linked to the main building by skywalk bridges.) The tall tower in the background is the Torre de Televisão (TV tower).
