Notes: We are approaching the Temple of Quetzalcóatl (Plumed Serpent Temple), which is hidden from the view at the top of the Moon Pyramid by the Sun Pyramid. The Temple of Quetzalcóatl was constructed about the year 200 CE; later it was converted into a small pyramid, part of which (the top) was removed.
