Notes: Here we see a group of California study abroad students climbing the pyramid, which measures 82 feet high by 328 feet across (25 m x 100 m). The pyramid's base is circular. The gods worshipped here were either Ehécatl (wind god, whose pyramids were circular) or Huehuetéotl (the old god or god of the aged), or both. Due to drawings in a room at its base, there is some speculation that this pyramid may have been an astronomical observatory.
